Nasturtium flowers are created to be anatomically accurate, but what is the flower without the beautiful leaves? This is the final piece made for the collection and was originally intended to be a pendant. By the time the central design was completed, it was clearly too big for a hanging pendant so she was modified to become an integrated necklace with handmade chain running part of the way up each side for flow and balance. She is large and weighty, with one of the most soothing, soft, beautifully cut pieces of Imperial Jasper I've ever seen or used. This stone was destined to be in this collection and, as you can see, is perfect. She is a muted pink, with soft lines of a darker beige-pinkish-purple.

Art Nouveau representations of nasturtium focus on the flow of the stems. Each element has been thought through to give the design a feeling of flow. The collection has few pieces for good reason, each piece in the collection took over a day to create, some even took over a week's worth of working hours. But it is the time and care taken that makes each and every piece unique and beautiful.

This necklace measures 22.5", but will rest higher up (as seen in the images) as the central part is solidly horizontal. The central portion is heavy, as with all necklace/pendants, it has heavy gauge sterling for durability. It measures 4" across and 2.25" in height. Each handmade chain link is connected by two jump rings, all of which are soldered together. They are then attached to a large and simple/clean oval chain. The chain ends at the extension chain, which provides an additional 4.30" for adjustability and terminates in a handmade nasturtium leaf.

Note: If you are rough on your jewelry, you will want to treat this with gentle care. While sturdy, elements should never been twisted, torqued, bent, or pulled/yanked.

All of my work, unless otherwise specified brass or copper (will also be visibly obvious), is 0.925 sterling silver.

US Domestic shipping prices on purchases over $100 include USPS shipping and insurance. International buyers who wish for insured postage are welcome to ask and I can obtain pricing through UPS; you would pay the additional charges. UPS across waters (i.e. not in Canada) are quite high with insurance, but I understand shipping during covid has made many of us nervous.
